Wellington Residence

With a heritage overlay and complex site constraints this exciting project provided plenty of challenges.  The client wished to restore the original building, built circa late 1800's. While introducing elements including a pool and open plan kitchen to bring the property up to luxurious modern standards for entertaining and relaxing.  The courtyard layout takes advantage of the width of the site, directing focus inwards and making a feature of the links from old to new without compromising the heritage street frontage and allows a framework of regenerative design and sustainable materials to be applied throughout the project.
